2023年5月13日，1000+家庭将齐聚启明星北皋校区，欢乐满满地共庆团结日——艾毅社区最盛大的节日！
往年团结日盛况
·缘起·
2015年，为庆祝启明星加入艾毅大家庭，团结日作为社区的年度盛会而诞生。
每到团结日，艾毅大家庭的成员——无论总部管理团队，还是各个校园的学生、家长、教职员工，都会来到启明星北皋校区，以无限创意和喜乐的形式欢聚，庆祝自己作为艾毅家庭的一员：
大家观看达人秀、专业演出、参加游戏、为慈善项目宣传捐款、享受美食！
疫情3年尽管延宕了团结日，却不曾阻止大家突破局限、乐观拥抱更好世界的信心和勇气！
5月13日我们将再次迎来团结日！
· 今年的团结日不一样！·
今年的团结日特别不一样！这不但是疫情之后的第一个团结日，也是启明星庆祝建校20周年之际的团结日！
为了这个特殊的日子，我们精心策划了一场特殊的体验：精彩演出、游艺项目、升级迭代的美食，还有印制着建校20周年纪念logo、特别有意义的伴手礼和礼包！
12年级学生设计建校20周年纪念Logo
知道吗，是我们12年级学生谢雨霏为建校20周年纪念logo提供了原初创意。这个创意在老师帮助下得以最终完成。雨霏为纪念logo一共设计了3个创意，最后是第一个创意中选。

第一版纪念logo创意的元素、颜色与学校的logo相呼应。两者放在一起，视觉上更加和谐。经过多番讨论之后，第一个设计最终脱颖而出：
为增强纪念logo的传播价值，第二版改进了整体设计，采用了启明星的专属颜色，调整了之前的元素，使其更清晰地呈现出一个年轻人追逐太阳的效果，同时保留了logo的手绘效果。然而这一版的设计还是不够完美，没有充分展现出年度盛会的感觉。

为了契合年度庆典的氛围，第三版再次微调了纪念logo的元素，加入了丝带，让它看起来更有欢快的感觉，也呼应了“丝绸”在中国文化中的意涵。同时纪念logo上的太阳被移除了，以免与学校主logo上的元素重复。
最后一版的修改添加了书法元素，希望恢复原初创意中的手绘和笔触效果。这版logo设计还呼应了学校的吉祥物“凤凰”元素，以抽象的凤凰形象展现出自由之感。这是最终的定稿设计。

最有“Unity”意涵的纪念礼包
为了准备一份最有“Unity（团结）”意涵的团结日纪念礼包，我们去年就开始策划——在全社区征集孩子们的自画像，集合成纪念礼包的主视觉。
一时间，各式各样的自画像纷纷寄来，由专业画师收集整理，形成这样一副包容多元、体现合一团结的有趣图像，成为纪念礼包的主视觉！
团结日当天，只要你到场，都会得到印有20周年纪念logo的伴手礼，而所有启明星社区成员都将得到一份有着特别主视觉的纪念礼包！

Welcome to Unity Day 2023!
On May 13, 2023, more than one thousand families will gather at Daystar Beigao Campus to celebrate Unity Day, which is the Ivy community’s largest and grandest festival.

· Origin of Unity Day ·
Unity Day began as an annual event in 2015, to celebrate Daystar joining the Ivy family.
Every Unity Day, members of the Ivy family, including students, parents, and staff from each campus, as well as senior headquarters managers, gather at the Beigao campus to celebrate being part of the Ivy family in creative and joyous ways.
Those who attend the event watch Daystar’s Got Talent and professional performances, play games, raise funds for charity projects, and enjoy delicious food.
Unity Day could not be celebrated the past three years due to COVID-19, but this lack of celebration hasn’t prevented us from overcoming obstacles and embracing this wonderful world with confidence and courage.
This May, Let us celebrate Unity Day!
· A Special Unity Day！·
This year’s Unity Day is extra special! It’s not only the first Unity Day following the pandemic, but also the Unity Day that marks the 20th anniversary of Daystar.
We have meticulously planned a unique experience for this special day, which will include excellent performances, entertainment, food, and meaningful gifts! Every family that participates in Unity Day will receive a custom souvenir gift bag commemorating Daystar’s 20th anniversary:
G12 student designed 20th anniversary logo
Did you know that Dora Xie, a Grade 12 student, first came up with the idea for the 20th anniversary logo? Her idea was finalized with help from teachers. “I made three designs for the logo, and the first one was selected,” said Dora.

The first draft was chosen after much discussion because it echoed the school's logo in terms of elements and colors, and because the two logos were more visually balanced when together.
In order to have a more commercial logo effect, the overall logo has been refined with the use of Daystar colors exclusively, as well as the improvement of elements to make the logo effect more like a man chasing the sun. However, the hand-painted feel was retained. In this version of the design it still feels a little lacking, not enough to include the feeling of an anniversary celebration.

The logo elements have been modified in order to better present the festive celebrations. The addition of ribbons adds a cheerful atmosphere and echoes the "silk" element of the culture. The sun element has been omitted to avoid overlapping with the main logo, which could lead to misidentification or visual fatigue.
Calligraphic elements were added to the last revision, still trying to restore the original hand-drawn as well as brushstroke effect. It also echoes the 'phoenix' element of the school, which is presented in an abstract form, reflecting a sense of freedom. This is the final version of the design.

Souvenir gift bag that best represents “Unity”
Since last year, we have been preparing a souvenir gift bag that best represents “Unity” for our Unity Day – we collected children’s portraits throughout the community and combined them together into the main visual design of the gift bag.
For a time, we received all sorts of portraits from children. Our professional visualizers arranged and combined them into such an interesting picture that represents inclusiveness, diversity and unity as the main visual design for our souvenir gift bag!
Anyone present on Unity Day will get a gift printed with the 20th anniversary logo; every Daystar community member will receive a 20th anniversary gift bag!

We also welcome everyone to sign up and join the Social Innovation Marketplace held with the park tour!
Students or parents can register for a fair stall, to sell creativity products to raise funds for charity and publicize charity ideas. In this way, we can demonstrate our determination and ability to make a difference to the world around us!

As an Ivy community tradition, Unity Day always includes a parade, Daystar’s Got Talent and other performances, delicious snacks, and games.
